Grievance contact

Ankit Saini handles consumer grievances for House Servicings. Email hello@houseservicings.com. The office for written correspondence is HOUSE NUMBER 04, SAINI BHAWAN, JHUNJHUNU TO BIKANER, LOOMAS, Lumawas, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan – 333704.

02

What you can raise

  • Booking, price, payment, invoice, refund or cancellation concerns.
  • Service quality, professional conduct, safety, damage or discrimination concerns.
  • Account access, privacy, consent, identity or document-handling concerns.
  • Partner onboarding, earnings or agency process concerns after normal support is exhausted.
  • Accessibility or misleading interface concerns.
03

Acknowledgement and tracking

We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and create or link a trackable reference. If essential information is missing, the officer may ask for it without closing the grievance.

Complaints are targeted for redress within one month from receipt. Complex fraud, insurance, banking, tax or law-enforcement matters may require external time; we will provide a status and next action.

04

Fair investigation

The reviewer checks the confirmed scope, timeline, communications, approvals, payment records and relevant evidence. Access is limited to staff who need it. The customer and professional may each be asked for a response.

A decision records the issue, evidence considered, resolution, any refund or corrective action and the available escalation path. Retaliation for a good-faith complaint is prohibited.

05

Urgent safety matters

If there is an immediate threat, stop the visit, move to safety and contact the appropriate emergency authority. Email House Servicings after urgent help is secured so the booking and professional access can be reviewed.

Do not rely on email for a time-critical emergency. House Servicings currently publishes email support only and does not represent it as an emergency response service.

06

External escalation

If the resolution is not satisfactory, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline, the appropriate Consumer Commission, the payment service provider for an eligible dispute, the Data Protection Board when its jurisdiction is available, or another competent authority.

Using an external remedy does not prevent a mutually agreed resolution unless applicable law provides otherwise.
